We will process your orders within 24-48 hours before its being shipped out to your address. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number sent to the same email that you provided at checkout as soon as your order is on its way.
Although it is a rare case, please note that it is out of our power to manage any delivery issues. We are not responsible for any packages misplaced, missing or damaged, except if we put a wrong or a different address and/or phone numbers that you provided at checkout.

Orders to countries outside of Australia, may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Return requests must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with the original tag and original packaging. We will inspect the item(s) thoroughly and if it doesn't meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
